Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has issued a disaster proclamation for Jasper County following the severe flooding events from this past week. As a result of this proclamation, the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and the Disaster Care Advocacy Program can provide assistance to eligible residents.
