State and Federal Small Business Panel for New and Prospective Small Business Owners

The Marshalltown Chamber of Commerce will present a State and Federal Small Business Panel for new and prospective small business owners on Monday, January 6. from 5:00—7:00 p.m. at the Marshalltown Arts & Civic Center, 709 South Center Street.

The event will feature Amy Kuhlers from Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA), Leah Locke, Regional Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Iowa State University, and Sveta Miller, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses—Iowa. The panelists will provide information about business resources and tools and business funding options to give attendees a roadmap to help turn a business idea into a reality. Food will be provided.

The workshop is free, but online registration is required to attend.
