In this position, Wagoner will provide direct oversight of the Indianola’s Community Development Department, which includes the City’s economic development program. He will actively work with the City’s external partners, including the Indianola Chamber of Commerce, Warren County Economic Development Corporation, and the Greater Des Moines Partnership.
