Older, Wiser, Livelier, Seniors (OWLS): The Four Seasons - How Weather Affects Our Health

The public is invited to arrive at 10:00 a.m. for coffee and a presentation from Jamey Robinson, Jasper County EMA Director. Robinson will discuss the impact of changing weather on the body, from winter’s joint pain and heart risks to summer’s heat-related illnesses. Participants will learn how to manage seasonal allergies, prevent weather-related health issues, and stay active and healthy year-round through practical tips and discussion.
