DESCRIPTION:The public is invited to arrive at 10:00 a.m. for coffee and a presentation from Jamey Robinson\, Jasper County EMA Director. Robinson will discuss the impact of changing weather on the body\, from winter’s joint pain and heart risks to summer’s heat-related illnesses. Participants will learn how to manage seasonal allergies\, prevent weather-related health issues\, and stay active and healthy year-round through practical tips and discussion.The OWLS program is a conservation program that encourages seniors to stay active and learn new things about the natural world.
