ISU Extension and Outreach Presents Stronger Boards, Stronger Communities

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will present the workshop, Stronger Boards, Stronger Communities: A Leadership Workshop for Boards and Council Members, on Saturday, April 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at DMACC College in Newton.

The workshop will provide strategies for board members to strengthen relationships with donors and organizational partners, and discuss ways to develop actionable solutions to address organizational challenges. Eric Heininger of EDEN+ Fundraising and Consulting and Beth Shelton of the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa will be the keynote speakers.

The fee for the workshop is $40 and includes a continental breakfast and lunch. Registration is required and must be received by April 13. To register, contact Sarah Patterson at the Jasper County Extension office for a registration form.
