Description
The public is invited to come for 10:00 a.m. coffee and a presentation by Jeff King, an Iowa State Fair award-winning baker and retired chemist. He will talk about how chemistry and math figure into baking the perfect cakes, pies, and bread.
The OWLS program is a conservation program that encourages seniors to stay active and learn new things about the natural world.
