Description
The public is invited to come for 10:00 a.m. coffee and a presentation by Dr. Joe Otto, who will mark the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States by telling the story of the Battle of Sullivan’s Island in the summer of 1776 and discuss a historical figure whose actions were of great importance to the people who founded Jasper County.
The OWLS program is a conservation program that encourages seniors to stay active and learn new things about the natural world.
