Description
The Quarry Springs Paddle Skedaddle is a 2-mile kayak course + 3.5-mile trail run in Quarry Springs Park located just off I-80 near Colfax, Iowa.
Chip timing for the 2024 races will be provided by B&W Racing Services.
The event includes a dog walker's category for the 3.5 mile walk/run only option. We encourage anyone with well-behaved dogs to join us. We'll include bags to pickup after your 4 legged friends with your packet pickup. Please keep dogs leashed.
Kayaks are available to rent for $10 for the event. Quarry Springs Outfitters will supply the kayak, paddles, and life jackets. Contact Greg Rhames with Quarry Springs Outfitters to reserve your kayak.
