Hillbilly Bike Ride-Chichaqua Valley Trail

This ride will casually travel the Chichaqua Valley Trail and visit three communities: Baxter, Mingo, and Bondurant.

Official start option at Bea’s Place, 108 Main Street N, Baxter,  with registration table and info flyers (a total 24-mile ride to Bondurant)

Unofficial start option at BrickHouse Fitness, 86 Paine St SE, Bondurant, 10AM (Ride to Baxter and back for a total 48-mile ride)

Each town will have live folk music, options for riders to purchase food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and local fundraising activities sponsored by local clubs, teams, and organizations.

Baxter: Live music from Noon--1:30 p.m.

Mingo: Live music from 2:00--3:30 p.m.

Valeria: Live music from 3:30--4:30 p.m.

Bondurant: Live music from 5:00--9:00 p.m.

This free event is open to all ages, so pack your Burley full of kids, coolers, or your own party pack.

Organizers ask that all participants be mindful of trail etiquette and respectful to residents and local groups hosting in each community so the ride can be enjoyed by all.
