The public is invited to come at 10:00 a.m. coffee to hear from Jamey Robinson, Jasper County EMA Director, who will explore the impact of changing weather on the body, from winter's joint pain and heart risks to summer's heat-related illnesses. Participants will learn how to manage seasonal allergies, prevent weather-related health issues, and stay active and healthy year-round through practical tips and discussion.
The OWLS program is a conservation program that encourages seniors to stay active and learn new things about the natural world.
